Hi,
As I can see you have listed UK Regulation, I would add EU Regulation too, as follows:
REGULATION (EC) No 852/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs
REGULATION (EC) No 853/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for food of animal origin
REGULATION (EC) No 1935/2004 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 89/109/EEC
COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1881/2006 of 19 December 2006 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs
COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 1441/2007 of 5 December 2007amending Regulation (EC) No 2073/2005 on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs
DIRECTIVE 2000/13/EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 20 March 2000 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the labelling, presentation and advertising of foodstuffs
COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 98/83/EC of 3 November 1998 on the quality of water intended for human consumption.
Of course their last ammendments.

I hope this will help you.
Success!

This is a summary of UK and EU food related legislation published by the FSA last year.

As far as I can tell it includes everything. Obviously there is legislation listed that will not be relevant to you, but it will give you a starting point.

Dear Foodworker,

This is a summary of UK and EU food related legislation published by the FSA last year.

Thks for this "summary". More of a juggernaut actually.

Certainly has some fascinating stuff - eg. Kava-kava in Food (England) Regulations 2002

(for good reason apparently - http://altmedicine.a...kava/p/kava.htm )

Absolutely right. Duplication of legislation means that Europe has more than twice as many bureaucrats as is really necessary.

Thanks,
it is a good summery indeed. I add that Regulation 88/388 (page8 of the summary) was valid till 20/01/2011 and is repeled by 1334/2008.
