From FSSC:
Associated Certification Bodies are responsible for formulating the scope for the FSSC 22000 certificates they intend to issue when auditing organizations. Before publishing the certification scopes on the website www.fssc22000.com the FSSC 22000 secretary checks if the scopes meet the FSSC 22000 requirements. Some review results show that not all certification scopes meet this requirement. To support the CB’s in defining correct scopes the Board has developed a guidance with further explanation about this requirement. The Board also has provided some examples of correct and incorrect scopes. You can download the scope guidance here.
