Dear all,
I need your help for understanding of allergens management.

Fruit manufacturing Plants producing fruit juices and are not using any allergen causing ingredient on plant. How these plants can write procedures for Allergens Management. We have to go for allergens risk assessment and follow other steps( allergens risk management, advisory labeling etc for allergen presence. Presence of allergens kits is necessary for allergen testing.
