Hi All,

Can anyone help me by sharing the preventive maintenance schedule please????

I understand that different plant has got different machinery..just need a template so i can make one for my company!!!

The template posted by Kamwenji Njuma can be modified for your purpose by listing equipment and also changing from wekly to monthly depending on the nature of your operation.
