Hello All,

I have just started with a company who is a little behind on implementing the new FSEP manual. Allergen Control has been my biggest issue so far in changing over the Pre-requisite program.
My question is... What kind of questions should I be asking when making a process flow diagram for new/ modified product formulations?
Management here is not being very helpful so I am on my own trying to figure this thing out.

Thanks

Welcome

Q's like:

Is it a new process?
Will it run on a production line that packs allergens?
Is it a new formulation?
Are there new ingredients?
Are there any new allergens?
Specification for new ingredients?
Is there a new supplier?
Does the supplier handle allergens?
Is segregation required?

Regards,

Tony
