Important Information for Visitors and Contractors:
· All visitors and contractors must report to reception.
· All contractors must present their current trade registration certificate before commencing any tasks.
· Visitors and contractors must ensure that they wear a hair net supplied and must follow the personal hygiene policy including hand washing and safety procedures strictly.
· Jewellery of any kind and watches are not permitted in food processing areas. Only plain wedding rings and fixed sleeper earrings are permitted to be worn.
· No food or drink is to be brought on the premises.
· Smoking is not permitted within the building or processing areas.
· Any personnel with any form of facial hair must wear a beard or facial restraint supplied by the company.
· Use of mobile phones is not permitted in the processing areas.
· Contractors must wear appropriate footwear whilst on site.
· Contractors must be responsible for their own tools whilst on site and must cover a plastic sheeting over machinery before commencing the work to prevent any metal fragments from falling into the machinery.
· Once the task has been completed, it is the responsibility of the contractor to ensure that the workplace has been tidied up before leaving.
· Please report to reception to inform that they have completed the task and sign off any documents.
· In case of emergency please follow the instructions of the senior management personnel on site.
Please report any injuries or accidents that you may encounter to the company senior management personnel.
· All administrative staff and drivers must ensure that they wear a hair net supplied by before entering the factory and must follow the food safety procedures strictly
· All administrative staff must walk on the walkways provided with yellow lines near the cool room
· No food or drink is to be brought into the processing area
· Smoking is not permitted within the building or processing area
· Use of mobile phones is not permitted in the processing area
