Dear Agmulyana,

Your customer indeed need to confirm that the products in direct contact with food are safe.
There need to be a certificate from the supplier (producer of contact materials) that the products confirm to 1935/2004. 72/2002 (now 10/2011), etc.
The producer also needs to provide migration tests for the products. I believe the methods are in the named regulations/directives.

You are certified for non-food packaging. Are you selling non-food packaging or food-packaging to this customer?
Is this customer using your product in a correct way? If your product is not meant to come in contact with food and your customer is using it in contact with food or selling it to his customer as a food-contact material, he is wrong.

Kind Regards,

Dear madam A D-tor

Thanks for your comment, it helpful

Regarding your question I already asking the marketing, they say the customer buy packaging for non food production, and I think they afraid our product can harm or contamination the product.

Thanks

Dear Agmulyana,

If your customer buys non-food packaging from you, it should not come in contact with food. is he misusing your product?
He only needs these statement of confirmation to 1935/2004, 72/2002 and 10/2011 if he is packing food in your products.
Please make sure, it is documented in your specification that this product is not meant to be used as food packaging. Maybe, your customer has a contamination issue and wants to claim it on you.
