Christmas is a time for festive meals at the same time the difficult part of the year when food safety may be ignored because of rushing and efforts getting everything on time. Any heart-and-body-friendly and food safety tips?

Don't forget the engineers who have to work over Christmas. And other holidays.

I didn't catch/get how engineers have something to do with this topic but they need to take a brake from the old "sinful" Christmas eating habits and go for healthier alternatives even if they have to work over Christmas and other holidays.

Hi,

Try the following website. It has some great information on holiday food safety tips, and is aptly called "holiday food safety".

http://www.holidayfoodsafety.org/

Watch the holiday food safety video! Remember the four food safety tips: Clean, Seperate, Cook, Chill.

Thanks

Simon
