Hi all
This is my very post in the forum and I wanted to ask this question to anyone who already has a GFSI standard in place at their plant. I work for a baby food company in North America and would like to know which GFSI would be best to use? I understand SQF has multiple levels and many opt for level 2 just the food safety portion and quality is left on the back burner. With BRC the costs are less and is easier to implement is what I am hearing or understanding from the discussions on this forum. I myself received SQF training in my past life but now I am entering un-chartered territory of BRC. Guess my question is BRC better for Baby Food (acidifed foods)
Thanks,
Niru
