I'm thinking about spend one year in London.

Could you recommend some courses about Food Safety or Technology? Maybe about Food Policies?

I have a biochemistry degree, five years working in Food matters in Spain and ten years in quality. I'm looking for advanced and prestigious course... :smarty:
