Please Help. I am working at a fish processing facility & am now tasked with BRC implementation, part of this is of course allergen management. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Please provide more information.
Which requirement of BRCare you referring to?
Which allergens do you have on site?
Which allergen procedures do you apply?
Did you already conducted an allergen risk assessment?
