Is there available any recommended environmental conditions (temperature & humidity) to be maintained in Meat processing shop, Vegetable processing shop and Raw Material (RM) Storage Area. In RM store we store cereals, spices, oil and other dry items). Where frozen meat is to be processed, it is first thawed in refrigerator. Please give references to the source of information, where possible.
