Which bacterial media can be used to detect c.perfringes ; Campylopactor jujini , listeria monocytogen . These parameters going to be tested in house lab for catering company , includes variaty of products ?

One popular on-line source for the above 3 species is BAM which I'm sure yr lab. will know well already.

Did you mean selective agars for each of them? Our lab uses Oxoid selectve agars... Lab M is our alternative to Oxoid.

Clostridium perfringens
Campylobacter jejuni and C. coli
Listeria species and Listeria monocytogenes

But you can be interested in rapid test kits or in non-selective agars. Depends what do you want, how much time do you have and available £.
