I am in the process of creating Health & Safety check lists for the below areas in the Hotel. If any one from the hospitality can assist me in this.

• Laundry.
• Kitchen.
• Restaurant.
• Bar.
• Swimming pool.
• Gymnasium.
• Spa.
• Workshop.
• Guest Rooms.
• Vehicles and Club Cars.

I suggest you have a look around the Health & Safety Executive web site to get some ideas:

HSE

You need to concentrate on the main risk types which are relevant to each area, eg

slips, trips & falls
working at height
manual handling
workplace transport
electrical safety
gas safety
COSHH (to include pathogenic organisms - eg in spa pools)
drowning!
staff training
etc, etc.
