Hello everyone!!

Can anybody help me to create a Vendors On-site Visit Assessment Checklist as we have our scheduled visit to one of our Packaging Materials and Raw Materials Suppliers and I think this is one of the document that the auditor will look into during our External Audit Schedule this coming last week of November 2012.
