I currently have a five part video tape series produced by the American Institute Of Baking that covers Definitions, Personnel and Practices, Buildings and Facilities, Utensils and Equipment and Production and Process Controls.
Each tape is roughly 15 minutes in duration and are shown to all new hires as part of their initial training. I also use them for the required annual GMP training for all employees.
While they are great for new employees who may not have had any previous exposure, they are, IMO, overkill for long term employee refresher training
Can anyone suggest a 30 minute or so video presentation on GMP's, geared toward a food manufacturing facility, that would be more suitable for refresher training for employees that already have a grasp of the concepts?
