Is it a template you are looking for or an actual plan?

Beware of generic plans, because they inevitably don't have the same process flow and you end up getting tied up in knots. Far better if you do your own plan (you'll learn a lot more about your process!)

What she said. Start off by mapping out your process (from receiving to final packaging) and examining your biological, chemical and physical risks at each step.

If you do map your process post it here and I'm sure members will be more than happy to help you develop your HACCP system further.

Simon

Dear All,

The home process looks deliciously simple but scaled-up, who knows ??
