General office discussion devolved into historic swapping of info so I'm wondering what kind of KPI's are you guys working to. Obviously be dependent on industry so we're looking at RTE poultry and meat free products, and RTC raw poultry.
so far we have pass rates on micro product environment and people at 95% and one with 100%
Customer complaints varying from 10cpmu up to 250
CCP fails 100%
GMP audits >95% pass
