Dear All,
Recently noticed two useful-looking resources for material on Hygiene, HACCP, Risk Assessment and various other GMP / Food Safety activities. As far as I can remember, these sites have not been mentioned here previously.
The second one is oriented more to Fresh Produce however the FS content, eg HACCP, Risk Analysis seems quite generally applicable.
All documents seem to be downloadable, the first one offered in either English / Chinese.
