Dear all,
We already have the food safety manual for our plant. I got a doubt if it is essential to create a separate quality manual or quality manual or QMS can be included with the food safety thereby making QMS and FSMS combined together?

Most people would combine the two to make a Food Safety & Quality Management System.

Dear p.ramadoss,
It may depend on yr precise conception of the content to be placed within the "quality manual", eg do you intend to include all the procedures, WIs etc ?
The iso 9001 approach was to produce a "quality manual" of sufficient non-confidentiality to be able to be handed freely to customers.
The quality manual required by BRC often encounters the same fate IMEX.
