You can download all of the required information from the Woolworths Website - Woolworths Quality Assurance Standard Version 8
http://www.wowlink.c...Compliance/WQA/
You can apply for exemptions from certain requirements but dont hold your breath. If you hold BRC or another GFSI program you should not have too many problems

Mainly around the retention of samples if manufacturing house branded products and the requirements of on-going testing of those samples. The audit frequency of every 6 months even though we maintain 6 sites with BRC "A", ISO9001;2008, Australian Quarantine Inspection Service approval. Management Review Quarterly is an issue that need discussion with them also. Also we do not supply them High Risk/High Care products so that adds another dimension to the requirements.
If you addtress the issues and expectations of your current programs you should have little issue. But the auditor is required to be trained and calibrated by Woolworths. A number of Australian CB's have had to undergo this at their own cost as nothing is free with Woolworths.

Hi GMO,
One thing that you must make sure you have before the WQA audit is a WW approved specification and that it matches the one they have on file. Do this before each audit. Your WW category manager will help you with this.

Hello all,
Our production facility is going to have the WQA audit next week. Further information on their mode of audit and the requirement would be highly appreciated. We have already certified against BRC and ISO 22000:2005 standards,
