We just planned a workshop according the new SANCO rules. What they are, how to implement them correctly into the HACCP-plan, how to establish control measures.
We do this in Karlsruhe on 22th of february 2006.
One speaker and chairman is Prof. Servé Notermans, who is consultant for the EFSA and if you ggogle, you will find lots of information about him.
We would like to know, whether this topic might be important enough for you all to repeat the cours in english maybe in Frankfort or Berlin.
