My question-

Do you need to have an employee that is licensed in pest control to handle your own pest control if you are not using bait?

I came across a facility where it is being done in house, no bait in being used in the tin cat.

Thanks

In Mexico the New NOM-256-SSA1-2013 request to be licenced about Pest Management Control either in-house or by a vendor.

In my experience you need to be licensed in orther to comply with this norm and in the other hand to handle any chemical to control pest.
