to all,

good day!

our tuna product that was shipped to U.S. was labelled tuna packed in water. but in the list of the ingredients there was vegetable broth.

question:

1. is this considered mis labelling?

2.if yes, is there any reference/guidelines. if no, any reference/guidelines.

thanks..

Check FDA regs on adulteration/miss-labeling.
