Hi,

What is the main purpose of use of fogging machines in food manufacturing?

Can some one suggest the type of fogging machine and the availability of it to purchase one for a small to medium size manufacturing environment.

Thanks.

We use a combination of a gun type sprayer and a 4-way fogger that hangs on air lines that are dropped from the ceiling. A bottle containing sanitizer screws into the bottom of the heads. There is a timer that once turned on supplies compressed air to all fogger heads (1 in each of our 3 departments). I can't seem to find a link to the exact type we use but this is close:

Sorry, not in Australia but hopefully those links will send you in the right direction.
