Strategic Planning technique enables you to develop all your strategic goals collaboratively across your enterprise and monitor your business performance against the key indicators of your financial and operational plans. The strategic planning software should have these features

- It should be easy to put creative strategic plan
- Implementing strategic planning goals should be easily & effective
- There should be feasibility to create strategic planning reports
- There has to be good graphical representation

Build clear strategic planning concepts or models using strategy map. I came across some effective strategy mapping tools

I know it's nearly Christmas, but if that's all you have to offer Gilbert, I will have to delete your post.

Simon
