Well I've been enjoying membership with IFSQN for awhile now without formal introduction! My name is Isabelle and I wear many hats (production manager, BRC leader main ones) for Transform pack, a flavor transfer company. We make custom sheets, casings and roll stock adhering seasoning to these surfaces using a patented system. The result is "better taste, less waste at a faster pace" on consumer case-ready and pre-cooked proteins.
Thank you for making this site available....I report to the HACCP team regularly on the various conversations to be had here. This forum has answered questions and generated questions that has helped us with continuous improvement of some of our own processes. I continue to be an avid reader!
