I am curious if anyone here uses Safefood 360 and what their experience has been with the software?

We are currently going through SQF Certification and our auditor had never seen Safefood 360.  He found the program very useful.

So are you referring FoodSafe 360, SafeFood 306, or SafeFood 360. First/Last certainly exist. Middle I am less sure.

 

If the last, did you notice they have a sub-forum here / have answered yr query in other (at least one anyway) threads here?

 

If the last, i can move the topic and maybe get some response ?

 

Pls clarify.

I did a little editing here and there and then moved the whole thread to Safefood forum.

 

I suggest you have a look through the list of threads in Safefood forum although I'm not sure whether a direct answer to yr query(s) is there yet.

I have seen the software and I quite like the HACCP module. There are many pluses to what they offer but.........despite this they are lacking in technical support as you will see on the forums that most of their posters are actually sales people.

 

Judge for yourself.

they are lacking in technical support

There are (I think) 6 employees registered on the forums and all 6 of us help out  when we get the time. With the exception of two of us, we are all qualified food safety specialists with many years’ experience in the food safety industry. We have never actually employed a “sales person”.
