Hi Everyone:

Just wanting to get some nice ideas for GMP refresher training. Is there anything that works best, what ways do you prefer doing this.. quizes, games, any examples would be great.

Thanks :-)

Processing Videos (or DVDs these days) with deliberate errors, eg missing tiles, fag-ends in the corner, hand-operated taps (?).

Suffering audiences  always love to see even greater relatable idiocies. It's the pratfall syndrome.

There are professional resources for such GMP productions / certain industries, eg from memory ex FDA/USA  for seafood.

Or you can make yr own, even funnier usually.

There are also orderable resources on the IFSQN main site AFAIK.

This year I had groups of employees (about 25-30 in each group) and we did a GMP Pictionary game.  I made up various GMP infractions specific to our plant and they took turns picking an infraction from an envelope and drawing them while the rest of the group guessed which infraction it was.

We do a short video on general GMPs, a short classroom powerpoint and then we take small groups into the plant for an inspection of an area thaey are not assigned to.

We'd include in the presentation pictures and video clips showing the do's and don'ts, wherein actual personnel are the actors or models. We've noticed that attendees become more attentive. It's also a good way to break the ice.

We do more or less the same as forum members have describe in the above posts. We also make use of the services of our Supplier of cleaning chemical chemicals to come and training in chemical handling, hygiene, etc.
