Dear Cheza,

I rather doubt that this document would be acceptable for any of the GFSI benchmarked systems. Its scope looks fundamentally inadequate.

Dear Charles,

You triggered me, with your comment, so I had a look at the uploaded document.

It will not be acceptable as a supplier questionnaire for approval of suppliers, but it will be acceptable to gain information from suppliers about their food defense plan.

Dear Cheza,

You may find it worthwhile to review some of the detailed requirements  in SQF Code 7.1 and how they interact with the forms posted in this thread, for example -

good afternoon, reviewing the document, I kindly suggested to divide into different section. a) company information; b) manufacturing site (if manufacturing takes place in a different location; c) contact information people (both for commercial and recall); d) certification standards (e.g. 9001:2015, 22000, IFS or BRC); e) types of product; f) product certification (e.g vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, ogm free, additive free);

The statement concerning pest control, HACCP plan, food defence, etc. could be posed in a statement or in a policy, because every company should comply with requirements, but it is not mandatory specifying the kind of system adopted
