Hi

Can anyone share with me a sample tempelate for internal [self] GMPs Audit checklist and CAR. I have just recently taken the position of assistant Quality Assurance Manager in a chicken processing industry [receiving of live birds, through processing, storage and up to dispatch]. our internal GMPs are conducted monthly but the checklist is too generic as is it does not specify areas being audited eg depertment, section, process etc, and there is no CARs, Any help which i can use as a referance will be appreciated.

Dear joelchenda,

Many checklists tend to be generic since they are designed for audit to a particular regulatory requirement / private standard.

A less generic one typically requires further knowledge of the specific flowchart / process / product.

PS - you might consider posting yr current checklist + some flowchart etc data if you would like a detailed response

PPS - for the CAR, maybe try searching "corrective action", there are many examples of downloadable CARs on this forum

Dear joelchenda,

The style of checklist depends on yr overall design format as suggested by djp.

For example this, i believe, illustrates a typical US approach for a non-cooking scenario -

The gmp segment itself in above style tends to be generic, for example here is a detailed multi-functional  type -
