Does anybody have a laser sorting system?

 

Looking for information about work safety and food safety requirements, training, legislation requirements, and pros and cons.

 

We are looking to sort frozen vegetables to check product quality as well.

- foreign body reduction

- removal of colored/unclored pieces

- removal of...

Our target is to:

1. Foreign material reduction.

2. Reduction or removal of colored/uncolored pieces, blemishes, and possibly unwanted sizes according to customer specifications. 

 

Our main goal is to provide the best quality product to our customers according to their specifications.  We are a frozen vegetable repack operation. 

 

If you have any information or use this type of equipment, any hints in how it performs will be greatly appreciated.
