How are you? Can anyone help me please, I am developing a process control procedure and I want to see a sample of Process Specification Sheet. Does anyone have a template I can use as a guide to develop our own?

Dear Lorenab,

 

To try and get relevant feedback, a little more info might help, eg product category, eg  -

 

3-ply corrugated cartons, inner Kraft cardboard boxes, styrofoam trays, plastic sheet, plastic cups, etc ??

 

Do you mean a Finished  Product Specification Sheet ? (never heard of a Process Specification Sheet     )

 

Or perhaps a Process Flow Chart in which case a hint as to the type of material again relevant.

Hi Charles,

 

I have been busy with other things lately. Anyway, we are printing, laminating, slitting packaging materials for frozen vegetables and fruits (mostly). Our materials are plastic, polyester, polyethylene, etc..We also have bag-making machines to form pouches. Maybe the word should be Process Quality Checklist or Operator Quality Checklist/Form..If anyone could help me, or if anyone have a template I can get idea from that would be helpful.
