I haven't seen that poll, but it IS a she and that wouldn't surprise me.  I think you got it with her grandparent. 

 

She is on my husband's Famous Five List.

The person I am referring to is Giada De Laurentiis, US Food Network celebrity chef and cookbook author.

 

The clues were early-mid 80s Supermodel Gia, the Dia logo, and Giadia's grandfather Dino De Laurentiis, an Italian film producer, who worked in Sci-Fi, fantasy and horror genres.

 

King Kong, Mandingo, Death Wish, Serpico, Conan the Destroyer, Dune, and Red Dragon are among the films he produced.
