Dear all,

I've been a IFSQN member for few months now. So far in only  by read interesting topics and discussion. I think it's time to be more active so first things first: let me introduce myself.

My name is Matthieu Boer ( 30) and I'm from The Netherlands. I have been working as a quality assurance officer for more than 3 years now. At the moment I work for a company called Sonneveld and we produce and sell bread improvers. For more information check out our website.

In my spare time I love to play drums, work out, listen to music and of course cook.

I'm looking forward to join discussion and start some (interesting) topics!

Do you have technical information in English about using your products? I'm in Mexico, and perhaps some company I have ratio might be interested in your products
