Hey there,

Do you perhaps want to explain in more detail what you are asking for?

Are you asking for a document control method?  To ensure the factory always have the current version of the documents?

OK.  Going in a little blind here.  Do all they all share the same computer system?  Have access to the same files?  Say for example, do all have access to Dropbox?

One person or one team will be responsible for the documentation - developing any document.  That person/team shall ensure only current copies are printed and out on site.

You would have a register that lists all documents.  Within that register you would have a column of where that hardcopy went.  Oh, you would also have an amendments register to keep track of changes made and the edition of a particular document.

See attached as samples.  Documents you require:

  • Document Control policy
  • SOP: Document Control
  • Master Docoment Control Register
  • Amendments Register
