Hi every one, am a food product development officer in a food company.

 

Please i need help on the development of sampling plan for my company(from raw material to finished products). A template will give me an insights.

We are into the  production of RTE meals

 

So quite a lot of ingredients and process sampling ............. a sampling plan will not be that easy but what sort of ready to eat meals?
