Hi Dears,

 

I just want to prepare a supplier details data base where I want to easily track the NCR, quality, food safety issues. this will catagarize the suppliers are in black list or approved list. So please share me if anyone have a good format in excel.

This may not be exactly what you are looking for but I use it to catagorize my suppilers of various materials into risk catagories.  It includes statistics like compliant history, service level, and significance to quality.  This is a draft I've put together and an example from it, so modifiy as you would like.  If you would like more help, let us know

Thank you very much for the sharing. I really believe this could be very helpful format for applying my system. 

 

Now, may I know you have any excel formula where we can track the percentage of the non conformance from the total volume of the delivered raw material. what I am looking for is an automatic updates in each data entry.
