Hi everyone
My name is Michelé. I am 24 years old. Started working as a Food Safety Officer 3 weeks ago. I have a BSc Medical Bioscience degree with Medical Microbiology as one of my majors. I was an intern in an agricultural food laboratory for a year. The food safety officer position has been a challenge since I am used to more of a technical/practical position and now find myself trying to organize the microbiology section of the laboratory( documents and filing) .I am starting to enjoy it although we have a BRC audit the 25th August. Hope I to gain alot of insight in this forum
