Hi,

I am doing review for one of the ISO system. The problem surfacing is that pre-existing documentation system has got a weird formatting like doc numbers, headers and footers. Now I want to change their entire document system.

 How should I do?
Shall I change the revision status of the entire manual,SOPs,WINS and Formats.Make the rev.01.More than content the naming of the document is very confusion please suggest. On each page of Manual

and formats, sops I want to change the things. How should I?

Regards,

Charu Tyagi

I would reissue and change to a logical system and format you are comfortable with Charu.
