Hi
I have been asked to answer a theoretical question

Factory is depositing a fish sauce
Hot fill
Fish sauce has pieces of fish in. Weight depositor used. Sometimes lots of fish. Sometimes lots of sauce

Any ideas!? Agitation!?

Adequate agitation will help although it may cause deterioration in the quality of the fish pieces.

 

I would have thought that a 2 stage depositor might be a better option.
