I found the second histogram rather peculiar in that two different ratings had the same percentage response. Also intrigued as to how the rating splits were determined.
The source is also perhaps of somewhat questionable scientific background, eg another lead article makes some, IMO, reasonable assertions but also contains some debatable statements such as –
… microbiologists measured the levels of yeast, mold, coliform bacteria (a family of bacteria that includes Salmonella and E. coli and is an indicator of potential fecal contamination ….
