Dear D Guy,

You can find the labeling regulations in Europe under Regulation n° 1169/2011. In Chapter IV you can find the mandatory food information.

http://eur-lex.europ...0140219&from=NL

If you have further questions about the application of the European rules, don't hesitate to contact me. Also if you want a label verification against the European legislation.

Good luck and kind regards,

Pascal Brysse

Hi d guy

The link you have posted is a bit limiting. looking at only the nutritional elements.

I suggest you visit the FSA web site in the UK and download the guidance notes for the new food labelling regulations.

The Food labelling regulations are now The Food Information for Consumers Regulations sometimes refried to as FIR or FIC

https://www.gov.uk/g...ce-20121116.pdf

The guidance notes are written for normal people to understand
