Hi weebus,

can you amplify a little -

produce = ?

quality = ?

Kind Regards,

we are mainly a holding facility for fresh produce. I'm looking for a good reference document that can provide temperature ranges for various fresh produce items. We are receiving products and checking temperatures but we receive produce straight from Farms, like watermelon but we also receive pre-cooled produce. I'm looking to create a temperature reference guide for produce for specific groups (melons, beets, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms).

Hope this clarifies.

Thanks

Weebus

I recently was looking for similar documentation, specs for products being received, maybe this will help.

Hi weebus,

thks clarification.

If you mean receiving temp vs product, i doubt it exists.

If you mean storage, attachment in previous post is huge but IMO amazing. (Thks pooled :thumbup: )

Kind Regards,
