Ready Meal HACCP

Hi
Basically a member of my family are starting up a business which make the likes of Lasagne's, Cottage Pies and so forth on a very small scale (Kitchen). Hopefully pies later on too! They have asked me to help them with their HACCP. I don't have time capacity to produce one from scratch and I was wondering if someone did have a template they could share so that I could chop and change to suit the process. The flow chart and the risk assessment mainly, I have all the other documentation ready.
