How to handle duties in an organisation chart?

Organisation Chart - Our CCP is monitored by trainer worker.

 

But we cannot show him/his role in organisational chart. How to handle this

 

An organisational chart doesn't need to show responsibilities for monitoring CCP's. This is usually described in the HACCP plan anyway.

He means that in his organizational chart document he linked the employee names to other documents with the role.

This is possible to do with Microsoft Office packages such as word, powerpoint and excel.
