Which standard are you working towards?
Also it's not really right to ask people for documents as they have spent hours even days getting them right, A better approach is to ask for advice on the formation of a document.
This is just my opinion and does not in any way reflect the opinion of Simon or IFSQN.

Hi, firstly from which standard is this clause? It will help if you share this as it may make a difference to the advice provided. Also requesting a traceability form is not clear. What are your products and what are you trying to trace e.g. from where and to where?
Thanks,
Simon

Sorry I was half way through the post when I was distracted and didn't see your post Trubertq.
By the way I don't see a problem people asking for examples for ideas provided it is clear what they are looking for. Sometimes it can be as simple as the column headings for an excel sheet or a list of fields etc.
Regards,
Simon

I have no problem sharing documents as you know Simon.I just like to see a bit of effort on the part of the asker...... maybe I'm just a grumpy old woman...
