Hi everyone, I am new in this forum and I just wanted briefly to introduce myself. My name is Fernando and I am a Food Science student from The University of Leeds, I do also work part time for a leader distillery company in Europe in the Food Safety & Quality Department.  

 

I hope to learn a lot by reading all your posts and keep further developing my knowledge in this area.

Welcome Fernando, thanks for taking the time to say hello.  

You're not too far from me, maybe 1 hour across the pennines on the M62.  Well I say 1 hour...most day's it's a car park.
