Hello everyone!

I am currently working for a small processing company as the sanitation manager. I've been working for a little over a year developing the sanitation program and practices within the company throughout three facilities. Previously I had worked for a large food company as a sanitation lead for 5 years, and was really able to take advantage of a lot of opportunities for learning and growth. I really enjoy this, as any of you involved with sanitation know, it's a little bit of everything from sanitation cleaning, to quality, to maintenance related work.

We've been audited by AIB for the past several years, and now are taking the next step on to SQF.
