hi...I'm from Philippines....we are going to our re-certification audit for BRC 7. BRC 7 only emphasizes the VACCP for food defense. Is it wise or correct to include TACCP in our food defense management.

Hi Redfox, IFSQN held a 4 hour online training workshop a couple of week's back that covered both TACCP and VACCP.  As part of that we also provided some examples and templates for carrying out the risk assessments.  The training is now available as a recording at $97.

I wouldn't normally promote it here, but I think it will have everything you need to get an understanding and importantly the tools to get you started.
